Topics may include (but are not limited to): team cohesion, self-awareness, confidence, communication, discussion-based workshops, working through setbacks (and various others)
o These workshops allow the athletes to build on these mental skills that can increase the likelihood on improving their overall performance
o This can be done in any mix; entire team; large groups, or small groups (by position players, year, etc.) as athletes may tend to retain more focus in smaller groups
